Invest In People.

Transform Communities.

The WOW Foundation brings movement, encouragement, and connection to people who need it most. We support mental and physical well-being through welcoming programs that help people manage stress, build confidence, and feel part of a community.

Who We Are

Founded in 2013 by Kameelah Wesley Harris, the WOW Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rooted in the belief that everyone deserves support, encouragement, and opportunities to thrive.

We work with recovery centers, community organizations, and local partners to bring wellness programs directly to the people they serve.

Kameelah is a certified personal trainer, life coach, transformation coach, and founder of WOW Fitness. She established the WOW Foundation to extend her passion for wellness beyond the gym and into the community.

Her goal is simple: help people leave feeling better mentally and physically, with encouragement to keep moving forward.
