Wendy Bryant is native of Stuttgart, Arkansas. Professionally, Wendy serves as the Disabilities and Online Coordinator over all adult education centers in Arkansas. Her love for fitness sparked in 2012. After the birth of her daughter, Wendy was determined to break the sedentary lifestyle learned through generations. After a few years in consistent fitness, she was encouraged by a close friend to develop a class that was basically “boot camp to a beat” in order to encourage high intensity cardio and strength building. KrunkFit was soon born from a compilation of collaboration.
KrunkFit, a cardio induced class which also embodies strength training and core development, was designed to discourage complacency and encourage consistent change. You may find her “co-teaching” this class with her daughter, who is her source of inspiration in all that she seeks to accomplish.
Feel free to tell her you “can’t” do something just be sure to drop the word “yet” on the end. Whether is it in fitness or in the educational setting, Wendy loves to use her abilities to help anyone needing her assistance. Come experience her humanistic and positive spirit. She’d love to meet you.
